We look forward to speaking with you soon.  Arvai & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants 888 West Big Beaver Road,Suite 890 Troy, MI 48084 phone: 248-362-8565     fax: 248-362-8566   Celebrating 25+ years of providing quality professional service  We were selected as one of Metro Detroit’s Five Star Wealth ManagersSM for 2011 and 2010.  Crescendo Business Services, an independent research firm, surveyed by mail and telephone more than 102,500 high-net-worth consumers in the Detroit area and subscribers of Hour Detroit and DBusiness. Also, an additional 4,200 surveys were sent to Detroit area financial professionals. The recipients were asked to evaluate only the wealth managers that they know through personal experience and to evaluate them based upon customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction.   Crescendo finalized the list by reviewing each wealth manager for regulatory actions, civil judicial actions and customer complaints as reported by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) and other regulatory agencies. The resulting list of Five Star Wealth ManagersSM represents those wealth managers that scored the highest in client satisfaction. The articles will be featured in the June issue of Hour Detroit and the July/August issue of DBusiness. This award is limited to less than seven percent of all professionals within the Metro Detroit area.   We are honored that the efforts of our team are being recognized in this way. We would also like to thank those who evaluated us so highly. This recognition is especially meaningful as it reassures us that our team is meeting our client service goals.
