Frank S. Arvai, CPA, PFS, CFP
Frank S. Arvai, CPA, PFS, CFP is the President and founder of Arvai & Associates, P.C., a Troy-based accounting firm, established in 1982. He received a BBA from Western Michigan University in 1970 and the Certified Financial Planner designation from The College of Financial Planning in Denver in 1983.
His previous experience includes ten years with Plante & Moran where he specialized in tax, accounting and financial planning services to law firms and medical practices. He continues to provide these services to closely-held businesses and professionals.
Frank practices in the areas of tax, accounting, and financial planning. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Financial Planning Committee and the FPA of Michigan Board.
Frank has served as the President and Chairman of the Board of the Michigan ICFP and the FPA of Michigan. He also served as the Chairman of the Financial Planning Committee of the MACPA.

David E. Maue, CPA, MSPA
David E. Maue, CPA, joined Arvai & Associates, P.C. in 1985. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Sacred Heart Seminary College in Detroit, Michigan in 1980 and his M.S. in Professional Accounting from Walsh College in 1988.
Dave currently manages a diverse group of small to mid-size professional and manufacturing clients, where he assists them with their financial accounting, tax, and information technology needs.
He has been an active member of the MACPA Information Technology Task Force for many years.

Marilyn H. Zigarac, CPA, MST, MSPA
Marilyn H. Zigarac, CPA, joined Arvai & Associates, P.C. in January 1992. She received an M.S. in Professional Accountancy with distinction from Walsh College in 1985 and an M.S. in Taxation in 1988. She has extensive experience in both public and private accounting, which includes Federal, multi-state and local taxation for corporations and individuals, pension and welfare benefit plan accounting and reporting, estate and trust taxation, and sales and use tax reporting.
She was a member of the adjunct faculty at Walsh College from 1985 to 1991. Currently, Marilyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tax Division and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants Federal Taxation Committee and the State and Local Tax Committee.
